Kyle Juszczyk’s Stem Cell Journey

“You know, being a professional football player, you’re dealing with a lot of different injuries every season,” says Kyle Juszczyk. After years of playing as a fullback in pro football, he was suffering minor and major injuries all the time. Now that he’s found treatment for sports injuries at Stem Cell Institute in Panama, Juszczyk has a whole new outlook on the game and his future.

Kyle Juszczyk has faced numerous injuries impacting his energy and well-being. After learning about stem cell therapy, he sought treatment at the Stem Cell Institute in Panama. The therapy he received significantly shortened his recovery times, boosted his energy, and improved his overall health, making him a strong advocate for its benefits.

What Brought Kyle Juszczyk to Stem Cell Institute

Being a professional football player can be punishing for the body. As pro fullback Kyle Juszczyk can attest about his career before stem cells, “Before I came here, I played four or five years and the injuries started to stack up. It can just be your day-to-day bumps and bruises, dealing with some different tears and muscle pulls, ligament damage, and all that kind of stuff.”

And it wasn’t just his body that was being affected—Juszczyk also noticed a change in his energy levels. “It just really adds up to a lot of wear and tear that sometimes it’s hard to have higher energy levels,” he says. “It takes a little bit longer to get ready to practice, to get ready to play. So I was looking for that boost [in energy levels] and stem cells was exactly it.”

Joe Rogan with Dr. Neil Riordan and Mel Gibson

Juszczyk eventually heard about Stem Cell Institute in Panama by way of a friend who listens to Joe Rogan’s podcast. His friend told him about Rogan’s interview with Mel Gibson who brought his father to our clinic for treatment. Accompanied by our founder, Neil Riordan, PA and PhD, they covered the science behind stem cells and what to expect at our treatment facility.

“That really piqued my interest,” he explains. “I had been looking for that next level of recovery. When I found out about the Stem Cell Institute, I figured ‘Let’s’ give this a shot’ and it’s gone pretty well ever since.”

Juszczyk’s Experience with Stem Cell Therapy in Panama

Kyle Juszczyk was the first of his teammates to come to us, but he wouldn’t be the last, saying:

“When I came down here, experienced it, saw how great it was, how beneficial it was, I was quick to recommend it to as many teammates as possible. It’s really spread throughout almost the whole league now, and seeing all the guys from all over… I think it’s really cool. I think it’s really beneficial because all of us… are putting our bodies through a lot and it’s important to find the absolute best recovery possible.”

“I’m glad that I was able to kind of pioneer that and start to get more and more people involved in this,” says Juszczyk. “If I had what was deemed a two-week injury, all of a sudden I was recovering in just four days. So the stem cells really seem to cut down the recovery time for any injury I’ve suffered.”

This experience convinced him to return for continued stem cell treatments. He notes the improvements he’s seen by saying:

“I’ve seen it each year going forward. There was a year I tore my MCL. It was supposed to be a six to eight-week injury and I was back in three and a half. And each year it seems to be something like that. I broke my finger one year and I missed one game. I always seem to bounce back from injuries faster than I expected.”

The doctors and staff at Stem Cell Institute in Panama are one of the big reasons he continues returning to us year after year. They answer all of his questions about treatment, including what the cells are doing and how they react with his body.

He says, “I’ve come down here so many years now and they’ve taken such good care of me that I recognized everyone’s faces when I come in the building. I truly feel at home and it’s been first class since day one.”

In describing the long-lasting effects of stem cell therapy for sports injuries, Juszczyk says:

“The stem cells have helped in ways that I didn’t even necessarily expect. As far as just my general energy levels, I always seem to have good, solid energy. And even on the cognitive side, I do feel like I have better mental clarity and very good focus. My eyesight has gotten better. I do think the cells have kicked in in areas that I didn’t even expect.”

Juszczyk’s Vision for the Future

Receiving stem cell therapy for his sports injuries has Kyle Juszczyk feeling very optimistic about the future. “I feel great about my long-term health and career prospects following the stem cell treatments,” he says.

He goes on to explain:

“I do think it has extended my career tremendously and I think it’s going to continue to do so. I’m excited about continuing to play and I’m also excited that, when I do eventually hang up the cleats, that my body is still going to feel good. My health is going to continue to be good much later into my life. I credit the cells for that.”

Football on field

Juszczyk has become an advocate for stem cell therapy over the years. He feels that it’s important to share his story after experiencing first-hand how they’ve benefited him. For that reason, he believes this form of sports medicine can truly benefit everyone.

He goes on to explain:

“I think everyone could probably find a reason to come down here and get stem cells. It truly improves your quality of life, and to anyone who’s thinking about it or is kind of dipping their toe in but isn’t quite sure, I’d say just do it. I really would. I can’t recommend it any more. I think anybody can find some benefit from it, and I can only say positive stuff about it.”
